Made-to-order merch can be replaced if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Made-to-order items

Because merchandise is printed on demand, size exchanges and buyer's-remorse returns are not guaranteed once production starts. Check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what was ordered, contact support with photos and order details so the issue can be resolved.

How to start a claim

Email fishmarket@fidihappyhours.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
